You can fill toasted taco shells with this then top with lettuce, fresh tomato, cheese, sour cream and or guacamole. I like to put this on tostada shells, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on it, microwave to melt the cheese and then top with sour cream, quacamole and jalapeno slices. You can also do that with the round nacho chips. I'm not a big fan of black olives or chilies but these were incredible. Very popular with everyone. Cook time is refrigeration time. (In response to reviews, I use Old El Paso taco mix and Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix and have never had any complaints about the saltiness. It is spicy, so I warn you to adjust the seasonings and/or the tomatoes and beans used accordingly if you don't want that! It was so good, and as a simple but very elegant pour-over sauce would be great for fish &amp;amp;amp;amp; poulty, and if a stronger-flavoured mustard &amp;amp;amp;amp; a little less lime were used it would be terrific on steak and, I expect, gammon and pork too - also some baked vegetable dishes. The spice list is quite long but it's basically just a Bechamel sauce with mustard, apple, lime and the spices listed here are simply the spices I had handy and fancied at the time and just a guide on how to prepare it exactly the same next time. I do believe spice &amp;amp;amp;amp; herb selection is very much down to what you fancy at the time :) It's a really handy recipe to make up quickly and is wonderfully sweet, creamy, mildly mustard and piquant plus it's extremely healthy. Makes a very generous quantity for one. A crisp, dry white wine or dry sherry would probably be much nicer than vinegar if you have it. -- posted by Ethan B. As Philocrates says One starts to understand why Kirk was so upset when the Tribbles ate his sandwich. It is a Chicken and Beef Reuben style. Due to the way it it written, the recipe for the sandwich and a recipe for coleslaw, the nutrition for one sandwich is not correct. Fuelled me brilliantly for hours and and was just wonderful to eat. Basically a nicely spiced porridge with added bran fibre, dried fruit and sweet seed, with a set topping of egg (white) custard and then creamy sweet yoghurt and your favourite jam/jelly or fruit to finish. Nearest similar taste I can think of would be to say that it's a bit reminiscent of 'Queen of Puddings' - which is also very nice :) It's terribly good for you, plus being low fat and low sugar you get more of it for the same amount of calories!
